David J. Morton
Founder, Morton Wealth Advisors

As co-founder of Morton Wealth Advisors, Jay focuses on maintaining and cultivating close relationships with his clients. Consistent with the firm’s philosophy, Jay believes in leveraging a strong internal team, technological resources, and external relationships to support his alliances with his clients. This enables him to collaborate frequently with clients, formulating investment policies and monitoring them, as dictated by each client’s preference.

Since 1992, Jay has been involved in managing assets for corporations and individuals and in capital raising activities for businesses. As an entrepreneur, Jay has successfully bought, sold, launched and funded start-up companies, established businesses, developed real estate and advised on many business ventures. He began his career at Smith Barney in Boston, served on The Advisory Council to The Private Client Group at Legg Mason, as well as Wachovia’s Chairman’s Council.  David is a cum laude graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine with a B.S. degree.

Michael J. Capobianco

As co-founder of Morton Wealth Advisors, Michael has worked primarily with closely held businesses, endowments and high net worth individuals. As an entrepreneur, Michael and Jay have successfully bought, sold, launched and funded start-up companies, established businesses, developed real estate and advised on many business ventures. Michael began his career with Smith Barney in Boston and also served as Managing Director at Legg Mason Wood Walker and Wachovia Securities.  Michael graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Economics.

Randall J. Tavilla
Sr. Vice President, Morton Wealth Advisors

Randall joined Morton Wealth Advisors in February of 2008.  Prior to joining Morton Wealth Advisors, Randall was a Financial Advisor during his six year tenure at AXA Advisors. His practice is centered on asset management for high net worth individuals. Randy also specializes in risk management and retirement planning for individuals and corporations including 401(k)s, 403(B)s, deferred compensation plans and defined benefit plans. Randall has experience creating and implementing strategic financial plans for retirement and non-retirement assets. He also implemented insurance strategies for businesses, individuals and trusts. Randall is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds his series 7 & 66 and a Life, Accident and Health License.  Randall graduated cum laude from Salem State University with a B.S degree in Business.

Kristin O’Grady
Operations Manager and Investment Services Coordinator

Kristin has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her capacity as Operations Manager, Kristin is responsible for overseeing the operations and accounting of all client transactions, and is well versed in a range of investment accounting and reporting systems. She has direct involvement with clients to address a wide variety of requests and inquiries. Kristin is Series 7, 9, and 10 licensed.
